New Delhi, India (Urban Transport News): The National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) on 30th July 2020 opened the technical bids for the work of preparation of General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) for the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the proposed 865 km Delhi – Varanasi High Speed Rail Corridor in India.
After the opening of the technical bids, NHSRCL revealed that a total of 25 bidders have submitted their bids for the said work. The names of bidders are as under:
NHSRCL had re-invited tenders for the preparation of General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) of Crossing Bridges over Rivers, Canals, Railways and Roads (Expressway, NH and SH and Major District Roads) and GADs of proposed Stations and Maintenance Depots for DPR of the proposed Delhi - Varanasi High Speed Rail Corridor vide Tender No. NHSRCL/CO/CONT./GAD/2020/12 on 1st July 2020.
The scope of work includes the preparation of drawings of the mainline's bridges for crossing rivers, canals, railway lines, roads enroute as well as 12 stations and maintenance depot facilities for the High Speed Rail corridor. The contractor will have to complete the work in 3 months.
