Jaipur (Urban Transport News): The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) which is entrusted for providing consultancy services for Jaipur Metro Rail project, invites bids from the eligible consultancy firms for conducting Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) study for phase II of Jaipur Metro.

The Jaipur Metro rail project is being constructed in two phases. Phase I consists of the Pink Line (East-West corridor) and Phase II consists of the Orange Line (North-South corridor). Phase IA completed 9 stations and 9.63 kilometres of route length, of which 0.95 kilometres is underground and 9.13 kilometres is elevated.
