New Delhi (Urban Transport News): The National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited (NCRTC) invites online bids from the eligible and experience civil contractors for the construction of viaducts and three elevated RRTS stations of Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS corridors.
Construction of the Elevated Viaduct from the end of the Ramp at IDPL Complex to Start of Ramp at Rajiv Chowk and three nos. of Elevated Stations viz. Udyog Vihar, Sector-17 and Rajiv Chowk (excluding Architectural finishing and Pre-Engineered Steel Roof structure of Stations) of Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS Corridor.

The Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS corridor will be 64 km long and connect Delhi, Gurgaon, Rewari, and Alwar through the semi high-speed Raid Rail. It is one of the three corridors planned under Phase-I of the Rapid Rail Transport System (RRTS) of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). The estimated cost of this corridor is Rs.37,000 crores. The Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS corridor will be mostly elevated. About 71 km section with 11 RRTS stations will be elevated and the remaining 35 km stretch with 5 stations will be constructed underground, mostly in Delhi & Gurugram.
This corridor will converge with other RRTS corridors in Sarai Kale Khan and will be interoperable, facilitating commuters’ movement from one corridor to another without the hassle of changing trains.
