PM Modi to gift Ghaziabad Metro, RRTS and Hindon Airport on March 8

Ghaziabad (Urban Transport New): People living in Noida and Ghaziabad are going to receive 3 big gifts before the Lok Sabha elections. Two new public transportation services will be started on March 8 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. In addition to the much-awaited corridor of Delhi Metro between Dilshad Garden-New Bus Adda (Ghaziabad), commercial flight services will be started at Hindon Airport. Also on this day, the foundation stone of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS project will also be laid down. With the launch of them, there will be a lot of relief for people in Ghaziabad and its surroundings. For many days from the ongoing Dilshad Garden-New Bus Adda corridor of Delhi Metro in the discussion,  will be started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on March 8.

There are eight metro stations on this route and it is about 9 kilometers long route. This route includes Shahid Nagar, Rajbagh, Rajendra Nagar, Shyam Park, Mohan Nagar, Arthla, Hindon River and New Bus Stand Metro Station. After the opening of this section, Ghaziabad will get direct connectivity from Dilshad Garden Metro Station of DMRC on Red Line. Now directly from Ghaziabad, Dilshad Garden, Seelampur, Shastri Park, Rithala along with Kashmiri Gate and other routes can be changed by interchanging the metro. About Rs.1800 crores have been invested in the construction of this corridor. Commercial flight starts at Hindon Airport Thousands of people living in Ghaziabad, Noida and East Delhi will not have to go to IGI Airport to catch the flight.

Commercial flight services at Hindon Airport will be flagged off by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on 8th March. The general public can catch most of the flights from Hindon Airport in Ghaziabad. Although initially flights have been arranged for only four cities, later it can be extended. The Government has spent about Rs.60 million to build a civil terminal at Hindon Airport. Foundation Stone of Delhi-Meerut RRTS The Delhi-Meerut RRTS corridor will connect two cities through the regional rapid rail. The foundation stone of Ghaziabad's part of this project will be laid on March 8 by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The Delhi-Meerut RRTs corridor will be completed in four years.
